Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the important details for your visit. If for whatever reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can click the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your confirmation email to make your adjustment. Appointments cannot be changed/cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time and are not eligible to be refunded.
You can also add your appointment to your iCal, Outlook or Google calendars using the buttons in your confirmation email.
